As a small studio, our designs are handcrafted as one-off pieces or in very limited quantities. This means availability is often limited, and we recommend placing your order promptly to secure your item.

Shipping Information

• Metro Adelaide: All orders within metro Adelaide are delivered directly by our team. Delivery timeframes will be confirmed with you after your order is placed.

• Interstate Shipping: For deliveries outside Adelaide, arrangements can be made on request. Please email marcin@handofstone.com.au to discuss options.

• Items are carefully packaged for transport. Please retain the packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase, as returns cannot be accepted without it.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, returns or exchanges are only accepted if items arrive damaged or defective. Any concerns should be raised within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
